No Bake Energy Bars

These energy bars are easy to make and provide a healthy snack or breakfast treat. With loads of nutritious dietary fibre, vitamins, and minerals, these bars will promote digestive health, cardiac health, and contain anti-inflammatory properties.

Ingredients
• 250g Almonds
• 250g Pitted Dates
• 250g Raisins
• 1/4 cup of Chia Seeds

Method
Add the ingredients to a food processor or blender and pulse until combined. It’s important not to over process the mixture or it will turn into a paste. Line a 4×4 container with plastic wrap and with a spatula spread the mixture out, covering the entire pan. Pull the plastic wrap out of the container and cut the mixture into squares. Use wax paper to separate the squares so they don’t stick together. Store in an airtight containing for up to a week.

Makes 10 75g bars
